salam

lets talk abt salam, handshake. with feeling of respect towards the other person.

there are lotsa types of salam. salam bawa block should be those hand slaps and hi-5's showing that u and the other party are buddies. salam kiss hand is the salam towards the elderly or its to show the sign of love and respect. salam hari raya are those where u seek for forgiveness ... bottomline, salam is a form of bond between two beings.

lately, wifey salam me (with the kiss on the hand) and i dont know why the sudden. but it was very nice, subtle, gentle and very loving. its typical for a wife to salam her husband when she/he is parting with her.

so this whole salam thing was not in my dictionary back then. i see budak taiks (shit kids) salam cium tangan with their so called "brothers" or "sister". i was so totally against it. not only it being haram, but i just think that its not right.

anyways, back to the salam by babs, it was a total natural feeling. its like a salam of respect and love. it felt so nice, so good, so .... urrhhhh! i didnt expect this gentle part of her to blossom so rapidly. especially after so long being parted with her, i have never seen this side of her. but it is all good now. im loving her every day. as long as my heart still beats, my love for her will keep on rising....

oh, and she had not meet my dad for salam raya yet. maybe she is new to this salam raya and do the speech of apologizing ... so i wont blame her. its just a little strange when i have met her entire family (well almost) during the hari raya... but she hasnt meet ayah yet. maybe soon. its ok babs, i understand ur situation.
