Can stress leads to white/grey hair?
Yes, stress can in a way or another contributes in turning hair white/grey. Studies proved that it is primarily biological in nature. So, anything beyond the natural body mechanism affects the whole system.
Of late, i have a lot. I really mean a lot of these unsightly grey worms. Even though disturbing, i accept the fact that its not as if i've been taking good care of my own health. I dont have proper sleeping habits. i dig in junk food as and when i feel like. and i do immediately have this headache whenever im dealing with stress.
Now, whenever i plucked a strand, i'll just be a happier person. Damn to all cause contributions to my white hair... Uuuurghhhhh!!!!

So have studies shown a way to undo the growth of white hair? i don't know anyone who had white hair previously and now has no more white hair after becoming less stressed. Do you?
in fact buddy, i've experienced it myself. it will tend to be lesser on days i've gone thru lesser stress. not sure how to explain, i think it does boils down to stress
hmmm in that case, i guess it's a psychological thing. next time you feel stressed, indulge in some good old breathing. no, not smoking. just inhaling and exhaling deeply. see if that works for you.
