in the place where i earn my expenditure necessities, people are not paid that very well. imagine a lab coordinator whom for 3 years bringing back like 1.1k. i strongly believe that for someone who has an ITC cert should at least be paid better. a diploma graduate in engineering would get a sound 1.5k. an engineer with a degree probably will start with the range of 2.2 to 2.5 depending on experience. how much would an admin earn i do wonder sometimes.
an experience led me to know how much they offer for an admin. its pretty similar to an experienced lab coordinator's pay. how awesome. to do something routinal will earn one a pay of an experienced lab coordinator, whose job scope is pretty much of a higher responsibility. the experience also led me to 'badmouth' about the quality of someone till they adjusted the pay to something more than an experienced EA is earning. i cant believe it myself either. for an admin to be drawing a 1.6 to 1.7 range is not a norm. definitely not. talking about badmouthing, wx once agreed that i could earn a top honors for badmouthing ... maybe he sees too much of my dark side. heh! anyways, the pay of course is not something to be proud of, but for an admin to get that kind of range, would be quite a turn on to few.
to think of the unthinkable and to go against all odds, i still pursue with the recommendation to a fellow colleague. i brushed aside all the negatives that floods my mind and just to think of the best. i feel that its some sort of sacrifice. (my sacrifice song by creed plays on my pre loaded iTunes in my brains) of course it was.
unprofessionally, the deal was off. everything reverts back to normal. thicked skinned isk got back to his dusty seat. *poof*

seriously i feel something did happen to made u blog this. Currently, i am damn not happy with my current post here. Yes pay is higher, but the people here always leaves shit..n seriously i once thought, i rather get low pay but i can find happiness in work! i still rem lynn and ayu laughter...
how some young girls wished they had the post you are having... not telling you to be contented, but be thankful that you are there. appreciate and be grateful to something in life... things dont always get with your way... remember that. you are a hardworking camel... keep it up. heh!
