takdir = fate

i hate to complain about poor sevices, in fact, i rather take it as fate that i am fated to such. but this time, i really can't tolerate. this has go beyond my tolerance.

we engaged this crocodile dundee (as he's wearing a cowboy hat all the time) for my late mak's casket's services. about a year and six months later then they completed their job. i admit, we took a while to confirm the text to be engraved on the stone slab. but they did a terrible job with a million excuses.

first, they said they're complaining that we gave them the text for the slab late... but it's not their problem. once we issued the text, they took forever to get it done. till i have to call them numerous times ..... and they made empty promises.... their one week term was actually 6 months.

when i visit them in november last year, they said they'd misplaced the slab. and will only be able to get it done in a week's time. come january, its still not done. when i told them i need them to get it up by the time my father in law is back from Haj, they said no problem. But it was pure bullshit.

The trust we had on him...... and furthermore on these matters ... haiz.. disappointing. "cakap tak serupa bikin"... i hate it when promises made are not crowned. not that i dont have the patience, not that i cant live with such.... but promises which were not met are as good as lies, bullshit, crap, rip off, fake.... watever u wanna name it. i cant tolerate such...

i cried when i looked at mak's grave being done NOT as per instructed. the ninsan was not properly fixed, we asked for one and they placed two of it .... the slab which they say was missing was not installed...

the son of the bugger can answer me "Yeah, ni dah siap" when i asked him if this was a completed job. if not for the place being a cemetery, i would've slapped him silly and ask his dad to forgive him for having such lousy reppo. I almost answered "kepala hotak kau!".... it was so at the tip of my tongue.

i was such a pissed off dude. they guard checking the car i was smiling at during entrance was given the "wat the fuck?" stare.....
