personally, i think they are the people to drive the company to a certain direction. a direction towards success. and i think, that WAS what Ryan's doing.
so what is a company without a director?
simple. it'll loose its direction. and i guess thats what just happening to ****.
i'd like to thank ryan for his faith in all his staff. he's one cool dude that you wont be able to find in another company's director.
