roles & responsibility

im glad. im glad i did the roles and responsibilities in my dept. with it, i can have a better vision, a better direction, a more concrete position for everyone.

not that we never had this before, we did. sad to say that all were very vague and and pretty meaningless. none pick them up after that.

i am sure there will be unhappiness, but i barely cant do much. i have to fix this loop. something which i wish i did years ago... but didnt had the opportunity. now, i will pull the strings .. and make the foundation of my dept a solid base.

who knows, the next person in line might be thankful for this....
