my class by mr ken liang was great. learnt the necessity and importance of quality implementations in corporate organizations. then when we touch on leadership.. he mention a line i will never forget in my life.

"do what i say, do what i do"

if that works well in your life, you have the qualities of good leadership.

apparently, its not like that for me... :(
