a beautiful birthday morning to my lovely wifey. damn.. i was so disappointed with the florist. they couldnt get the damn flowers delivered to her doorstep by 9 am. worst part, they can only deliver it by 2pm. and babs needs to leave home by 1pm. more like 12.30 so we can drop busu off first. so i took some of babs stance and started complaining to the main office and fair enuff, they will send it between 12 to 1pm. well i could understand that they only got their lilies by 10 and needed some times to get it all souped up.
well, they eventually did send it by 12 plus. i was then, busy with the cake. the coffee cake. the tiny winny itsy bitsy coffee cake (babs loves coffee cake). while driving, i managed to get the candles into its stand. and chucked em into the cake. and by the time i come up, i just had to light em up and surprise babs with it. its a priceless moment for me to see babs jaws dropped seeing the cake being brought to the front door. or maybe it was just me in pink. hrmmm ...
so then, i drove babs to bukit *bla bla bla bla bla bla ....
bla bla bla bla bla bla bla... bla bla bla bla bla .... bugis. bla bla bla bla... aunty yati's house.
then back home. throughout the day, i endured my headache and pain. to see babs had her wonderful 25th birthday. it was all well worth going thru. to see her being happy is my main concern.
happy birthday babs. i really love you. i seriously have never done this for anyone before. and i felt good doing it for u. but honestly... i didnt think ive done good enough. and i dont think the whole birthday was well done for you. i could've done better. but at the same time, i dont really know whats the best.... but one thing i know, its not the worst.
