wat the heck. yes! what the heck. why does the man above have to get me into this kindda crap. hope the LTA does put some senses in their decision.

On 24th August 2006, i was being stopped by a traffic police office along Woodlands St 83 at about ______ am. I therefore stopped along the Evangel Free Church before i was motioned by the aforesaid officer to go in the nearest carpark. Once there, i was asked to give him the stack of OPC that were on my dashboard. I had several OPC on my dashboard as i often have to travel due to work during the peak hours. When the officer asked for all the OPC, i scooped all up, including one which was on the passenger's seat, which happens to be for 24th August 2006. I beleive a few of the coupons, flew around because the windows were wind down. The offficer was not satisfied with my explanation and thinks that i had actually torn the coupon for the affected day when i saw him coming for me. That is a very absurd statement that he is making and is based on assumtptions. He then proceeded to confiscate my coupons and made me tear a new one. First of all, i already had one coupon torn for the day and had shown it to him and yet he instructed me to tear another one. He then proceeded to seize the rest of the OP coupons. After which he took down my particulars. Why was this being done? Why did he have to take my particulars and at the same time make me tear a new coupon for the day. If you were to check with the Singapore Post, i am a very regular buyer of the OPC because of my working schedules. WHy should i risk being caught not using one when all these while i have been dilligently using the OPC whenever i should. It was really an unplesant experience for me to have met your officer that particular morning and to have been treated that way. I was informed too taht i would need to wait for a letter for either a court appearance or a letter for me to explain myself. I do hope that i would be givena better explanation and a better scenario as to what would be happening next."
